Welcome to Argentina! Upon arrival in Buenos Aires you will be greeted at Ezeiza International Airport by an experienced guide who is waiting to introduce you to one of the world's most exciting cities. A private vehicle will transfer you to your selected hotel for your check-in. The afternoon will be free to rest and recover from your flight.
This morning you will further discover what makes Buenos Aires great as we explore its better known and sophisticated districts; Palermo and Recoleta. We start with a drive through Recoleta, known for its open green spaces combined with elegant boutique shopping, cafés, embassies and impressive architecture. We visit such landmarks as the Pilar Church and Evita Monument before taking a short walk through the Recoleta cemetery where Evita’s tomb can be found. We continue on to Palermo, Buenos Aires’ largest neighbourhood, and also its trendiest. Here you will walk the streets which are full of beautiful parks, hip boutique hotels, chic restaurants and bars and high fashion stores. Throughout the morning your knowledgeable guide will give you an insight into local life and excellent local cuisine and on completion of the tour you will have the option of being dropped off at an excellent restaurant for lunch or being taken back to your hotel. Buenos Aires' nightlife provides the local porteños and its ever-growing swarm of visitors with a seemingly endless array of quality entertainment options. Just as an example: this evening you'll be blown away by an unforgettable tango show performed by the best dancers and singers of this seductive genre, while tucking into a delicious dinner. This is the way one ought to live Buenos Aires, the city of tango. After the show has dazzled you sufficiently, you will be transferred back to your comfy hotel.
Breakfast and Dinner included.
This morning's excursion will introduce you to the magic of the Argentine capital. After being picked up from your hotel we visit 'San Telmo', the oldest barrio (neighbourhood) of Buenos Aires which is famous for its historic architecture, tango parlours and antique shops. We take our time and wander through the cobblestone streets, learning about the history of the area and seeing its sights including the impressive old churches and its abundance of colourful street art. We leave San Telmo and the tour continues past the many architectural highlights of Buenos Aires including the Palace of Justice, the Argentine National Congress building, the 'Cabildo (old town hall) and the presidential palace 'Casa Rosada' (pink house). Next we visit ‘La Boca’, the most picturesque of all neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires. We wander its famous street “Caminito” where you will have the chance to view the spectacle of impromptu tango dancing, street performers and have the chance to buy some local handicrafts. On our way back to your hotel we pass through the newly restored Puerto Madero area where you will be dropped off for an optional lunch by the waterfront. The remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure with the chance to visit some of Buenos Aires’ many great museums or do some shopping.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the domestic airport to board your flight to San Carlos de Bariloche, where you'll be greeted by yet another experienced guide for this charmingly Alpine-style city resting on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. You'll then be helped to check in to your hotel of choice. Bariloche's deep blue lakes, towering mountains, glaciers and virgin forests make it an incomparable vacation destination. The scenery alone will leave you breathless. You'll have the afternoon and evening all to yourself to stroll by the lake, explore the city or get tempted by its many chocolate factories!
Breakfast and Dinner included.
Northern Patagonia is the region which hosts the Lake District and world-famous national parks. Today, you'll visit the Nahuel Huapi National Park to see the stunning landscape of lakes and snow-capped mountains and an amazing native forest of copper-coloured autumn leaves standing by the crystal-clear waters of the lake. This tour starts at Bustillo Avenue, bordering Lake Nahuel Huapi, to visit Playa Bonita, Mount Campanario (chair lift is optional), San Pedro Peninsula, Llao Llao Peninsula and Saint Edward's Chapel, and Port Pañuelo. The journey continues across the Angostura Bridge over the stream linking the Moreno & Nahuel Huapi Lakes, Bahia Lopez and El Trebol Lagoon. You will then find yourself at Panoramic Point, a natural balcony over Moreno Lake and Llao Llao Peninsula. The secret's in the name: this location offers rather magnificent views of the lakes and surrounding mountain ranges. When it comes to beer, Bariloche is a city that pays a special tribute. It even has a street that worships this beverage. Your tour will surprise you with a visit to one of its main breweries for tasting and to enjoy a traditional “picada.”

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included.
Get up early this morning and enjoy breakfast outdoors. Around 7AM you will be transferred back to Bariloche and head to the Airport to board your flight to El Calafate, gateway to The Glaciers National Park. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by your experienced guide who knows all about this cozy little Patagonian village huddled on the shore of Lake Argentino.
Argentina isn't short on natural beauty, but today's tour is irrefutably stunning: the Perito Moreno Glacier. You'll have very little inclination to argue with UNESCO's decision to dub this a World Natural Heritage Site in 1981. Arriving at the park, you will board a boat to approach the south walls of the magnificent glacier. Back at the port your vehicle will take you to the Glaciers' balconies where you'll get to spend 4 or so hours walking along the various pathways to admire it from different angles. Gorgeously framed by dramatic mountains, lakes and forests, the Perito Moreno Glacier is one of the most spectacular sights. It owes its fame to its continuous movement, which produces a cyclical phenomenon of advance and backward motion, causing awe-inspiring periods of icetoppling. You won't believe your eyes, so make sure you take plenty of photos!
After your last sumptuous breakfast, make sure you save some time to buy some last-minute souvenirs and/or photos. At the scheduled time, you'll be picked up from your hotel and be transferred to Calafate airport or bus station to board your flight back home or continue to your next destination. It's certain you'll carry the warmth of Argentina´s people in your soul, not to mention the natural beauties of this wonderful country in your camera!
